Last Night: Vivian Girls & Best Coast

Last Thursday two of my favorite bands at the moment, Vivian Girls and Best Coast, played at Holocene and played a great show to a full house. Even though I’m familiar with both bands music it still struck me at how many hits they both have, there is literally not a dull moment, every song is fun and catchy. The environment was fun, probably not as rowdy as the bands are used to, but more excited than a usual Portland audience. Above are a couple of shots I took with my digital camera, and then a couple outtakes from my other cameras, the rest of the photos will be in issue 02 of Letter to Jane Magazine along with interviews from Vivian Girls and Best Coast. He’s Gone
